We mailed out all the perks a few days ago. Several backers emailed us that so far they have received perk. Thank you for your support, and we’re very happy to hear that you’ve got perk safely . ：）
But we’ve also received feedback from a backer. He encountered a situation where the control module of the FlameCube 2021 failed to pull out. Our initial assessment is, it was the jolting and squeezing during the delivery that caused the slight deformation of the casing, causing it to become kind of stuck.
We’re very sorry that this has come to this. Here’s the solution our engineers came up with, and it worked out for that backer.
If you’re in a situation like this, you try the following steps:
1，Use your two thumbs to push out the blue stand at same time as shown：
2，Then lift the hem so that you can take out the control module.
Please cross your thumbs and press a little bit hard on the middle position to make it slightly concave. This should solve the problem.
If you have not yet received perk, we will also publish the manual here in advance while you are waiting, so that you can start using them directly after getting FlameCube 2021.
