Hey guys,
As far as we can tell, almost all of perks has now arrived at their destination, thank you.
The reason take so long is that we've done so many upgrades for FlameCube, and our team could no longer afford fast and expensive logistics.
To be fair, our strategy is to try to equalize the shipping costs for each perk, so the end result is that it takes longer for countries far away from us to receive perk. We really appreciate your patience. Your guys are the best! :)
#1,Regarding the Giving Back Program: Like we talked about before. We’ve never seen this campaign as a marketing game from the beginning. And what sets us apart from other projects is that we want all our supporters will eventually get FlameCube for Free.
But we found that achieving 15,000 views on YouTube maybe a harder target. So we decided to cut that number down to 5,000. If your video or videos about FlameCube can get 5,000 views , you will get a free spot, and there’s still no time limit .
5,000 views, that’s a very easy number to reach, so don’t wait any longer, pick up your phone or Gopro, shoot your first video for Flamecube, and your money will be back in your pocket.

#2,Regarding feedback:
A, Several supporters feedback that they claimed the perk with a touch lamp but there no touch lamp in the package. We’ve now identified four cases. We are very sorry about this, if your perk is in this situation, please contact our service email—[email protected], we will make up for it.
We always check over and over again to make sure there are no mistakes in the production process, but we made a mistake in the shipping process. o(╯□╰)o
As a rookie,we need to do more to be better, sorry.
Some supporters didn't received a touch lamp, which means that some supporters received the extra touch lamp. If you get an extra touch lamp, you can keep it without returning it, as a gift from our team, but please let us know in the comments or via email so we can do a stat. Sorry for the inconvenience.
B,Some supporters are not sure what type of perk was received. We provide a picture for reference. The Generation version FlameCube have aluminum collectors, while the non-generation version has no collectors.

C, Here is how to disassemble Flamecube.
You just push and pull both sides of the stand with your fingers, and the legs will come off the stand, and control module can be easily removed for cleaning.
Tips: You can remove the control module and use an alcohol stove in the combustion chamber, which will be a perfect pot stand and wind screen. :)

D, For the Generating version of the FlameCube, the red accessory is our complimentary multiplier. The function of a multiplier is to increase power generation capacity. And of course, electricity can be generated without a multiplier. The multiplier will make the power generator perform better.

Hey there,
My name is Cui,I’m the industrial designer of FlameCube and co-founder of Aishu.
On behalf of our team, I’d like to announce:Our team completed all perks shipping last weekend (Oct. 10) .
So far, we’ve gotten feedback from some of our supporters that they have got their perks, and we hope you get yours soon too.
In pursuit of what we love in our hearts, this crowdfunding is like trying to climb a mountain that is too big for our team.
The process of campaign is like trying to climb to the top of the big mountain, but as you get closer, the air gets thinner, the temperature gets colder, the body gets more tired, and each step gets heavier.
Other than that, the unexpected events along the way -- hail, lightning, torrential rain -- made it all the more difficult. (The demonstrations in Hong Kong, the global outbreak, the problems in product production.)
But in any case, the idea of giving up never crossed our minds, and we never gave up trying to make FlameCube better.
Because we are constantly reminding ourselves not to forget what we set out for,and the responsibility on our shoulders.
Best of all, we were never alone. We have received so much encouragement from you that it has always inspired us when we were tired, warmed us when we were questioned, and lifted us up to go on with strength and determination.
We are really, really appreciate your understanding and support, and your company along the way.

As for the rest of it, I would say that delivery is not the end of the project. We will serve you with a more positive attitude.
And after a short break, our team will set off again to try to climb the next mountain.

# 1 We have all of our perks shipping done, but indiegogo’s perk page needs to manually add all perk logistics providers and tracking numbers. As we need to proofread the information one by one and add it, it will take some time and we expect to finish it tomorrow. If you don’t have your tracking number, please be patient.
# 2 Because perks is shipped to more than 30 countries and regions around the world, involving dozens of different international logistics companies. The process of docking is fraught with complexity. In order to successfully get perk, to avoid accidents, once you get your tracking number, please keep an eye on perk status. If you find anything out of the ordinary or you need help, please contact us or the logistic company as soon as possible. We’re gonna do everything we can to help you get perk safely.
# 3 Because Indiegogo doesn’t accurately identify all logistics companies. So it’s possible that your perk tracking number won’t show up correctly on your perk page. But you can use the tracking number to find information on the site. https://www.17track.net/en

Dear backers,
In our last update (September 10) , we mentioned that shipping out job would be completed in 3-7 business days. As a matter of fact, on September 15th we sent all perks to the warehouse of the Logistics Service provider. But as all perks were about to board the plane, our engineers discovered a potential product flaw: a potential quality problem with the way a wire inside the product was wound, when the product was used at high intensity and frequency, the insulation of a wire may wear out and cause a short circuit.
We had an emergency meeting - we decided that under no circumstances should we deliver a product with potential quality problems, so we called an emergency halt to the shipping process and shipped the product back to the factory overnight from the port.
Our engineers re-modified the internal structure of the product Shell and related mold, emergency production of a new batch of Shell, arrange workers to carry out the replacement of the shell parts.
But modifying the mold, manufacturing new shell parts, replacing parts, testing, and repackaging these steps took us more than ten days. We are really sorry that we did not find out the problem earlier.
Once the quality issue was resolved, we immediately restarted the shipping process. By the time this update was sent, four fifths of perks had already been sent.
October 1st-October 7th is a national holiday in China where our factory is located. We have decided to give up most of our holidays and return to the factory after 3 October to finish the remaining one fifth as soon as possible. (The update of the tracking number may also face delays due to the holidays)According to the logistics service providers, affected by the epidemic and different destinations. Some countries will receive perk as soon as 5-7 days, while some may take longer, around 15-25 days.
