Our team brings you up to speed.
For multipliers, as we mentioned to you in the last update:
"····even though our engineers came up with this great design. But that doesn't mean we can easily find the right supplier to customize and mass produce it. Because any factory needs a minimum number of orders , 20,000 pieces for example, to start production. So finding the right suppliers and negotiating with them is going to be the hardest part."
The result was, not as we had expected, the process is much more difficult than we thought. Because we don't have enough money, we approached nearly 45 companies before we finally found a willing partner to mass produce the multiplier. So it took us longer than we thought，sorry.
But let's skip the boring details. We now finally have some samples of the multiplier.

Dear backers,
We are really sorry this update is a week behind schedule.
And now we are going to reveal the work we did while we were waiting for the Shipping resumed and the improvements to the FlameCube.
#1, In order to be able to afford the freight, we have optimized the packing again. The new design became smaller and more beautiful.
#2, To further reduce the weight of the package, we eliminated the Scouring Pad.
For some of our earliest backers (about 20) , we promised an extra spoon. Because the size of the box is reduced, couldn't hold the spoon anymore. We are really sorry. （The spoon is 5.5 inches long, and the box is 4 inches long.) To make up for this, we've customized a more practical, elegant bag for all of our backers. Here are some photos.
#3, We've design and customized the new USB touch Light. The new version of the touch light is better quality, more beautiful, with a higher brightness of 18 LED units (the original version of 14 LED units) .
#4,we changed the battery model from 2400mah to 2200mah, although the battery capacity is smaller, but the battery cycle life has been greatly improved, we estimate that the product can be extended by about 2 years without the need to replace the battery( Is not a guarantee). And to make up for the loss of capacity, we redesigned the circuit board and change the fans, and the new version of the battery lasts even an hour longer than the original.
#5, About the FlameCube mini Pro. After more testing, we improved the structure of our products. Increase peak power generation from 3.5 watts to 4.5 watts. Power generation capacity increased by 28.5%
#6,Some backers may remember these two pics. We had promised that if we could raise a certain amount of funds, we would mass produce a kit called a multiplier. Unfortunately, for some reasons, we were unable to meet the goal. So we had to remove the multiplier from the campaign page.
Because we love this project so much, we really don't want to give up. Just a few days ago our engineers came up with a better solution, and has been testing it out. The result was a surprise, with the new multiplier, the average generating capacity of the FlameCube mini Pro is increased to 5 watts and the peak is 7 watts. Power generation capacity has increased by almost 200%

Most importantly, for this awesome ideam, we've decided, the multiplier will be available as a free accessory in the package for all backers who claimed the FlameCube mini Pro. The multiplier is light and small, can be put in the bag with the FlameCube mini Pro.
About the multiplier, we need an extra 15-25 days for production and testing . (Please understand, even though our engineers came up with this great design. But that doesn't mean we can easily find the right supplier to customize and mass produce it. Because any factory needs a minimum number of orders , 20,000 pieces for example, to start production. So finding the right suppliers and negotiating with them is going to be the hardest part. But no matter what, our team will work hard to make sure your wait is worth it.
#7, Since the FlameCube mini (Non-generator version) does not require the multiplier, We'll start trying to send them this week.

In response to the current crazy shipping costs, our designers have redesigned the product packaging to reduce the weight of the package, reducing part of the logistics costs.

Dear backers,
Our team decided to start trying to ship all perks in late June.
As you may know from the news, international air traffic has not resumed so far, and shipping prices are still crazy. But we will try our best to finish our work as soon as possible.
On May 28th, China, where our factory is located, issued a new order, that China is starting to allow a small number of commercial flights to and from eight countries (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Germany, the UK, Italy, France and Switzerland) ，we think it is a good sign . Because eventually, the epidemic will pass, and life will return to normal.
Please understand, that this delivery date is not a guarantee, as so far various uncertainties remain, so the delivery date may change. For example, just the day before yesterday, our team learned through the news that, for some reason, the United States Department of Transportation issued an order on June 3 to suspend indefinitely all Chinese airlines'flights to and from the United States from June 16. Sudden policy changes like this will obviously have an impact on our shipping plans. And our team will keep a close eye on the situation, and we will update our supporters as soon as there is a change.
We want you to know that our position is clear: As a result of the outbreak, we have given up making profit from the project altogether and are willing to pay the additional cost (According to our estimates, it is about $8,000-$10,000) , We just want to get all of Perk's deliveries done as soon as possible.

Dear backers，
How are you guys doing?
We haven't updated it in a while. Sorry to keep you waiting. In fact, if you know our history, you know that we are happy to share all the progress of the project with all of our backers.
We've been following the situation closely, but things don't seem to have changed since the last update, at least not with air traffic.
The impact of the outbreak is far greater than we could have imagined. Shenzhen, where our factory is located, continues to allow only one international flight a week in and out of the country in case the outbreak is re-imported.
We've had several inquiries from backers about when to start shipping. We are just as anxious as anyone to send all perks, but we are sorry we can't give you an exact time because we can't predict and control these things.
We'll keep a close eye on this, and as soon as the reliability of air transport is restored and air freight rates reach a level we can afford, we'll start shipping. Because after such a thing, our team no longer expect to profit from this project, no longer expect the longer-term plan, we are even willing to accept a certain amount of loss, only hope to complete our responsibility as soon as possible.
Hope things get back to normal as soon as possible.
