Dear backers,
Our original delivery date was February 15, and late delivery was really not what we were hoping for, we are truly sorry about that. The new delivery date should be early March.
So far we have only received two requests for refunds. After our communication, one of them chose to stay with the campaign. We know what it takes, we are really appreciate your support.
We're just a small startup team. We start Aishu which is established because of the common hobby. We really love this program, and because of that, we've invested all of our funds in R & D and improvement, despite the fact that we have so little money, and still we've been doing everything we can to make PureFlame better, We are sure you can see it in the previous updates.
So far, we don't have any extra funds to spend on advertising and marketing, and because there are no ads, we don't have a lot of backers. That's why every contribution is so precious to us.
The reality is, we've put all the money we've received from indiegogo into the project, into the production of all the parts and the machines we use.
In previous updates, we have informed all of you of our mass production process as soon as possible. Because the funds we received from indiegogo can't cover the PureFlame mini / mini Pro project (probably just over a quarter of it) , our team took out a large bank loan. Our team is under tremendous pressure, but also working hard to improve the product.
Why do we choose to upgrade the product so many times after you have paid for it？Because we just wanna give you the best.
At this point, every refund is damaging or killing this campaign. The outbreak of coronavirus is something we can not predict. It was out of our control. But every refund is kind of a way of punishing us for not making a mistake by us.
We are very anxious every day now, praying for the epidemic to be over soon. We're so so close to delivery now. We are making every effort to ensure prompt delivery.
It was your support has given us the strength to get this far. It was your support that made us feel powerful every time we worked late into the night. It was your support that made us feel regretless every time we gave up weekends or holidays. It was your support that made so worthwhile even through every improvement is so difficult to made.

Dear backers,
We have set aside an extension interface for PureFlame mini Pro from the beginning of its design，and we developed an extension suite that we call “Multiplier”.
The mini Pro's maximum electric generator output can be increased by 100% to 7W with the Multiplier.
Our R & D team put a lot of time and effort into this. But the biggest challenge is we need more funds to mass produce it. So we set a second stretch goal, and if we can raise $65,000, we will start mass-produce the Multiplier.
To make it happen, we have a plan for sharing and giving thanks. We welcome all our backers to post videos or photos of mini/mini Pro to social media. Unboxing, user review, performance evaluation, disassembly, all types videos are welcome. Once your video has been viewed more than 5,000 times, or your facebook/instagram has been liked more than 70 times, we'll send you a multiplier for free. (We will offer 15% discount on the next-generation PureFlame product for the PureFlame mini users). If we can’t reach the stretch goal, we'll still offer backers a 15% discount on the next-generation PureFlame product.
Status Update:
4 days ago, members of our team went to our factory in Shenzhen. Got some pics of the street. With such empty streets, first-time visitors will not believe that this is a city of 20m people.
So far for the coronavirus,China has confirmed 40,265 cases, cured 3,552, and died 910. It is shocking and heartbreaking, and there are still no signs of improvement. Really really hope things get better soon. We're here to see all the efforts that have been made to eliminate the epidemic. Wuhan, for example, has built a fully equipped 1,000 beds hospital in 10 days, which is a real miracle. We believe that the epidemic will be overcome soon ！！
In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, the Chinese government has taken the most stringent prevention and control measures since the outbreak.For manufacturers, the Shenzhen government issued a notice to us for resume production:
1,Set up a prevention and control group headed by senior management
2, Conduct a screening of all staff
3, Staff shall have their body temperature taken once during their commute
4, Provide one-off medical masks for each staff member every day
5, Sanitize and disinfect the factory premises at least once a day
6, Each enterprise shall establish an isolated place
7, The enterprise establishes a staggered peak dining system.
8, Every employee follows "i Shenzhen" (similar to official twitter) to make their own health declaration and print it
9, Every employee must watch and study videos on Work Safety, and pass the exam.
10, All persons returning to Shenzhen from other areas must be quarantined for 14 days before they can take part in work.
Our biggest problem is the difficulty of purchasing protective materials, including medical masks, disinfectants, infrared thermometers and so on. （For medical masks, the country's production capacity is now 20 million a day, which is clearly not enough to meet demand. And other goods situation is similar, some key materials are already 15-20 times the original price, but still difficult to buy.）And those supplies are the key to resume produce.
All the members of our team are trying every means to resume producte now.
Uncertainty：
1, The public transport has been controlled, the movement of people has been greatly restricted, logistics transport has also been greatly restricted.
2，Even if all the factories resume production, if someone is infected, the whole factory will be shut down and quarantined.
3，We all know that behind any product is the supply chain, and the potential risk is that any link in the supply chain goes wrong and the product can not be produced.
4，The government may adjust its policy.

Perhaps you've heard about the outbreak on the news. Since the first case was identified in December 2019, there have been 11,901 confirmed cases so far, with 275 cases cured and 259 deaths, according to a statement from China's National Health Commission.

To make it easier to understand, we changed the name of our product.
The PureFlame mini & PureFlame mini Pro （Pro stands for Thermo Electric Generator）
For our dear backers who claimed PureFlame mini, you may worry that even though PureFlame mini has a long battery life, but still PureFlame mini can’t generate electricity from fire, what happens when the PureFlame mini runs out of juice?
Wouldn't the PureFlame mini be useless without electricity? Or what if the PureFlame mini sudde-nly runs out of power while it's being used?
Here are two surprises for you:
Surprise 1: We've added a quick charge capability to the PureFlame mini.
It allows you to charge 80% of the PureFlame's battery in 30 minutes and can be used for days.
Scenario A: When you're ready to go camping and you realize that the PureFlame mini doesn't have much battery life left, with the quick charge, it only takes 15-30 minutes to get it ready.
Surprise 2: We've added a quick disassembly design to the PureFlame mini.
The control module can be easily and quickly disassembled without using any tools.
Scenario B: When you're camping and the PureFlame mini runs out of power, you can take down the control module and use PureFlame mini like a regular wood stove. Thanks to the excellent industrial design, PureFlame mini, when it doesn't have a control module, you can still get a good user experience.
Scenario C: We all know that when twigs burn, it doesn't quickly turn to ash, it turns to charcoal and will continue to burn for some time, if you've already finish cook, then you can take the control module down and turn off the fans to save power and allow the remaining charcoal to burn.
Scenario D: If you only need to use the PureFlame mini to grill food, you can also remove the control module. The PureFlame mini can still get the job done.

Dear backers，
I'm Cui Yu, the industrial designer of Aishu Tech and designer of PureFlame.
Our team once shared a photo at the end of a successful crowdfunding campaign.
6 upgrades & 2 additional surprises. Now you know the other five upgrades. And let me reveal the last one for you.
We upgraded the air outlet design.
In the previous design all the air outlets were in the same plane, we all know that twigs don't burn out very quickly, but create a lot of charcoal. When too much charcoal is piled up, it tends to clog the air outlets, preventing the fuel from reaching more fresh air, and weakening the firepower.
In the new design, we designed a support for each air outlet.
After upgrade, no matter the twigs enters the combustion chamber at any angle and in any position, it can be supported by those support points, leaving a gap for fresh air to pass through, which can significantly improve combustion efficiency and reduce smoke. And even if the twigs become charcoal, it can still maintain a higher heat output power.
Another benefit of the new design is a significant increase in the internal temperature of the combustion chamber (up to more than 1,000 degrees Celsius) .
There's a chemical equation goes like this:
As you may know ，C stands for carbon (twigs) , and H2O stands for water, both of which produce H2(hydrogen) and Co (carbon monoxide) at high temperatures, and both hydrogen and carbon monoxide are combustible gases. Such a reaction would further increase combustion efficiency, it also mean that PureFlame mini would be better able to handle the moisture twigs .
With this improvement, you'll see the PureFlame mini / mini G with a bright white (above 950 degrees Celsius) and a slightly bluish flame (hydrogen and carbon monoxide burn in a blue flame).
Kind of cooool, right? ^_~
The improvement of the new air outlet means that we have to abandon the original design of the mold and R & D Investment, will pay more, but our team agreed that everything is worth it.
Project Status:
For the past three months, our team has been working very hard ( 7×12 hours, no weekends) just wanna deliver quality products to you as quickly as possible, but we did run into a lot of difficulties (first the prolonged protests in Hong Kong, then the payment delays on Indiegogo and so on) .
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China.
January 25 is the most important festival of the year in China-The Spring Festival. The whole country is on holiday from January 20 to February 5.
The streets of Shenzhen are now covered with red lanterns.
We are sorry that we still have three parts to finish the mass production so far.
So the final delivery date is set for February 10-February 18.
The core members of our team have decided to give up vacation to continue working.
During the festival, we will be out shooting a demo video of the new version Pureflame mini G. But to save time and money, we plan to use the original venue, the original script, and even the original music to make the new video.
We'll also share more details with you on a regular update, including the three sections:
1. Product surprises: We've talked about having extra surprises for all our backers, and we think it's time to get to the bottom of it all.
Please forgive us, setting up suspense or puzzles is not a marketing strategy or a way to increase our product‘s appeal.
As a team that really loves the outdoors, we really want to design PureFlame to its best, but it takes a lot of work to turn good ideas into reality, some of which can be achieved but most of which can not. So we have to wait for all the details to be finalized before we can release the parts to you when we get the mass-produced version.
2. Instructions and tips for using PureFlame: Like everyone else, I get too excited when I get a long awaited new product to ignore the instructions. But the instructions are so important that we will release them for you in the update before delivering them, and we will also release some tips to walk you through . So that when you actually get PureFlame, you're ready.
