We completed the first production of the PureFlame mini/ mini Pro four days ago.
The final step is to remove the protective layer from the product and then package and mail it.
About half a month ago we started to contact the logistics . The price of the logistics has increased by more than 35% at that time, but we can still afford to send perks even if there is no profit because you have been waiting so long for various reasons.
But as the epidemic in each country grew, more and more countries closed or restricted their borders and ports. Lots of flights have been cancelled, there are fewer and fewer goods seats available, and the cost of air freight is getting even more higher every day.
So far, we have consulted more than 10 logistics service providers, and the result is that the logistics cost of each perk has increased to $35-$58, in addition to the unaffordable price, to make matters worse, because of the outbreak, logistics service providers also told us that the safety of goods can not be fully guaranteed at present.
For the past four days, we have also been trying to send perks by sea and train. However, it is turn out that perks does not meet certain weight or quantity requirements for both sea and rail transport, and that it requires a single consignee.
Until March 27, the Chinese government issued a new air traffic control policy, requiring all countries to reduce flights to only one a week, which came into effect on March 29. The release of this policy completely shattered our attempts to ship perk.
We've even packed the masks into small packets and waited to send them off, but they don't seem to be going anywhere for a while, and we feel incredibly frustrated and really sorry.
We just wish everything would go back to normal.

The Control Circuit Board arrived at our factory half an hour ago. There are 1,500 pieces here. In the next 2-3 days we will be in production and start shipping.
Our team is now following the news every day, and sadly, the spread of the epidemic is getting worse. An increasing number of countries and regions have declared a state of emergency, and border and customs circulation has been suspended.
Given the current state of international logistics. We plan to send 20 perks in the first batch, and after perks is shipped, we'll be monitoring the logistics closely. We will send another 50 perks as soon as 2-5 days, then the rest. Please excuse our caution, we need to take baby steps now to be sure.

Dear backers,
The final piece of puzzle to the PureFlame mini/ mini Pro is the Control Circuit Board.
We put the circuit boards in the final stages of mass production because our engineers needed more testing and experimentation to set the most appropriate touch sensitivity and discharge curves for the best user experience.
In our design, we used two tiny LED（Each LED is 0.02 inches wide and 0.04 inches long） components with side glow to make the Logo glow
In the past two days, our team and our suppliers have scoured nearly every electronic parts market online and offline, unable to find such components due to production stoppage and logistics delays caused by the outbreak.
An alternative is to use normal, frontal-glow LED to guarantee delivery dates. But because the frontal-glow LED has no specific direction of emission, it can cause light pollution inside PureFlame mini / mini Pro, which will affect the experience to some extent.
Our team doesn't want to compromise on this detail. After a lot of searching, we finally contacted a supplier in Taiwan and asked them to make a batch of side-glow LED for us urgently. It takes 3-5 working days to produce the component, and 1-2 working days to assemble the PureFlame mini/ mini Pro once we have the component. So our delivery date needs to be delayed by 7 working days. We apologize for our oversight, as we know that although the side-glow LED is not a common part, there will never be a shortage. But apparently the epidemic has taught us a lesson. We never expected such a small part to be an obstacle to our progress. We are really sorry.
Over the next few days, we're asking you to help us complete an investigation. The epidemic is now spreading in many countries. Some countries have even declared a state of emergency, which is worrying.
In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, some countries and regions are taking some special measures. Some may affect the logistics operation. We would like you to help us consult with your country and regional logistics situation and feedback to us, then we can make adjustments, so that you can safely and smoothly get the product.

Dear backers，
Here are the manual and tips for PureFlame mini/ mini Pro. So you can use it efficiently and safely in the first place you get it.
#1. Check the PureFlame mini / mini Pro battery before you go camping.
There are 5 lights on the front of the PureFlame mini/ mini Pro. From bottom to top
those represents 20% , 40% , 60% , 80% , 100%.
The easiest way to see how much power is left is to pull the control module out to reveal the Logo when it folded. Touch the logo to start the fans.
Make sure at least two of the lights are on, which means the PureFlame mini / mini Pro
has at least 40% of its battery left. If the battery is too low, please charge it before
using it. Flip the mini/mini Pro and charge it with the charging cable.
#2. When set PureFlame mini / mini Pro, unfold collapsible hem and locked, pull out
the control module to its maximum length, and a Reference Line is visible, which
means PureFlame min / mini Pro is ready.
Place the PureFlame mini /mini Pro on a flat, stable surface (ground, table or even
rock) . Ensure that there is no plastic, fabric, wood, pine needles, hay, or tree branches at its base. Never put PureFlame mini / mini Pro in water.
Before turn on the fans, please make sure that there is no foreign body in the fans. Use your finger to touch the Logo on the control module to start the fans. Your finger will feel a brief vibration and the Logo will glow blue. Every time you touch the Logo, the speed of the fans will change until the power is off. The PureFlame mini / mini Pro offers three speeds, in order: Low for Grilling, Medium for Boiling, and High for Turbo.
#3, For mini Pro, when the flame burns steadily for 1-3 minutes, the internal thermal generator starts to generate electricity, and the panel indicator lights flicker regularly. Keep adding fuel. Bigger the flame, greater the power.
Tip1: Do not start a fire in the stove until the control module has been
completely pulled out, otherwise the internal components will be damaged.
Tip2: Before starting a fire, it is recommended to break the collected twigs into a
suitable length for use. Using Tinder, solid wax, or paper wads, light a small amount
of thin twigs or hay and place it in the combustion chamber. Wait until the flame is
large and stable before turning on the fans, adjusting the wind speed, and gradually
adding more fuel.
Tip3: For mini Pro, in theory, when the fans is on Turbo mode, the more firepower there is, the more power is generate, but in Turbo mode, it also means faster fuel consumption. So please adjust to your actual situation.
Tip4： Both mini and mini Pro have built-in temperature-sensing automatic control circuit that will control the Fans Cooling System to protect the internal components from
high temperature damage. But to be absolutely safe, please do not turn off the fans when there is combustion in the chamber. It is strictly forbidden to use the stove under the condition that the built-in battery is runs out. If you still need to use the stove when battery runs out, just remove the control module, which can then be used as a regular wood stove.
Tip5： After use, the remaining hot fuel and combustion ash shall be dumped and properly disposed (buried in sand or doused with water) . Be Sure to wait for the mini/ mini Pro to cool completely before turning off the fans and storage.
Tip6： In order to ensure safety, any user under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Tip7： To control product weight, the PureFlame is mostly made of sheet metal and has a smooth edge, but there is still the possibility of sharp edges. Use with care to avoid cuts.
Tip 8：Alcohol, oil and other liquid fuels are strictly prohibited as ignition agents.
Tip9：When using the Pureflame mini / Pureflame mini pro, the stove is mostly in a
hot state, except for the blue part of the control module. Please use it safely to avoid scalding.
Tip10： The use of coal, oil residue and other high-calorie fuel is strictly prohibited, so as to avoid damage to the furnace.
Update：Our custom fans and high-performance lithium-ion batteries have arrived at our plant (as the supplier factory has just been restored, we are currently only able to get a small portion of our order, the rest will be completed in three days) . The final piece of the puzzle is still not ready. We have sent an employee to the factory to supervise the progress. Will be resolved within the next three days too.

For the past 19 days, all members of our team have worked hard to get production back on track while ensuring safety.
The good news is that our factory in Shenzhen, China has been restarted.
Although there are still two suppliers in our supply chain that have not fully resumed production so far, after our assessment, we believe that we can start shipping products in order on March 17.

The chart below shows the daily increase in the number of infected people in China. It is not entirely clear, though, that China's outbreak is under control. But on the curve, the country has come through the worst of it.
On the other hand, the cost of raw materials has gone up by more than 30% , as we expected before. (The purchase price of some electronic component such as capacitors and resistors has nearly doubled) . The cost of logistics has also risen. But we will honor our commitment not to increase the retail price of the PureFlame mini.
We learned that some of our backers had intended PureFlame mini as a birthday gift. Some backers claimed PureFlame mini and then introduced it to friends, while others had to change their plans because of the delay.
Although the outbreak was not predictable, we are very, very sorry to have kept you waiting.
